Tamerton Foliot is situated on the North-East side of Plymouth in the foot hills of the magnificent Dartmoor National Park. There are three local pubs, a church and post office with a shop, all within a 15-20 minutes walk.
The area around Warleigh House is full of things to do - walking, cycling, mountain biking, fishing, golf and sightseeing. The town of Tavistock is close by and the Historic Buckland Abbey, home of the Sir Francis Drake, is only 5 miles away. It's an ideal centre for visiting the many heritage sites or the striking landscape of South Devon and Cornwall that the area is renowned for. Or you could just sit and relax on our private quay and watch the sun go down surrounded by beautiful country side and water views.

The accommodation includes three guest bedrooms two with Queen Size four poster beds one with twin/zip and link queen size bed. All bedrooms have spacious luxury en suite bathrooms with separate power showers.
Enjoy the breakfast of your choice in the graceful dining room. Relax in our bright and stylish grand salon, or the magnificent great hall. For dinner we can help our guests with recommendations in Plymouth or surrounding area which has some fantastic places to eat.
The house has an elegant drawing room, which leads off an imposing great hall with doors that opens onto a terrace, where it is possible to have tea and drinks in the summer. There is also free broadband wireless connection available though the house.
